Pricing & Errors

Payment

7. Returns & Exchanges

Faulty Items

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

Change of Mind / Size Exchange

In addition to your statutory rights:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Swimwear bottoms (e.g. thong or minimal coverage styles) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Please request a return via the Returns page on our Website to obtain an RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNDSTNE SWIM, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or use of this Website.

9. Variation
