Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order.

Returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives with a manufacturing fault.

Store credit is issued as a gift card, valid for 3 years, and can be used on any item in our online store.
Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:

Full-price (sale items, Mystery Bundles, and Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale).

In original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with hygiene liner and swing tags attached.

Free from odours, makeup, deodorant, or tanning products.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.
Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once received, returns are inspected within 3 business days. If approved, a store credit will be issued via email.

SNDSTNE SWIM is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
