Gently hand wash your swimwear in fresh cold water with a mild cleanser immediately after use.
After rinsing, either hang your pieces or lay them flat on a clean surface in the shade. Ensure they are kept away from direct sunlight and rough surfaces.
Allow your swimwear to thoroughly air dry before storing it.
Avoid machine washing with strong detergents and bleach, as they may be too harsh for swimwear fabrics. Opt for hand washing to preserve the color and shape of your SNDSTNE Swim pieces. If you choose to use detergent, select a mild, fragrance-free option or one specifically formulated for swimwear fabrics. Note that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, chlorine, and magnesium can potentially damage or discolor your swimwear. Also, be mindful of rough surfaces that may cause pulling or snagging.


Occasional discrepancies in stock levels may lead to infrequent instances of products being out of stock. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you via email if your selected item cannot be fulfilled, and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

If a complete set is affected by an out-of-stock item, we will refund the entire set.

In the case of multiple sets purchased, we will dispatch the available items and issue a refund for the unavailable ones.

If you need to change the delivery address: We recommend contacting the relevant courier company (Australia Post for AU and NZ Post or DHL for NZ) to arrange redirection of the parcel to your preferred address.

For changes to items: Consider placing a separate order for the desired item. Once you receive your original order, kindly return the unwanted item in its original condition. Notify Customer Service, and upon receipt of the return, we'll issue a refund for the original item. Thank you for your understanding!
