All orders are shipped express from Sydney, Australia.
We use Australia Post Express for domestic orders and DHL Express for international deliveries.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and dispatched within 1 business day. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (Delivery Duties Unpaid – DDU). These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

USA: Duties apply on orders over $800 USD.

New Zealand: Duties apply on orders over $400 NZD.

UK: Duties apply on orders over €150 EUR and VAT on orders over £15 GBP.

Australia: No duties for domestic orders.
If you choose not to pay import duties/taxes and reject your parcel, your order will not be refunded.
Delivery & Liability

DHL Express deliveries usually require a signature. If you grant Authority to Leave, your parcel may be left unattended at your address. Please ensure it’s a safe location.

SNDSTNE SWIM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier, unless Shipping Protection has been purchased at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or refusal to pay duties/taxes, a store credit will be issued for the order subtotal (excluding shipping costs).

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Please check your local exchange rate when placing an order.
